CPL was established to bring team-based pickleball to Colorado. As the game of pickleball grew, we understood that something was missing and wanted to offer a platform to fill the need.

CPL is an avenue for players to enjoy the social and physical benefits that pickleball has to offer. Our team is made up of people that have vast experience in league coordination and management. They want to share their love of the game with you.

It's not always about competition! CPL understands why do it if it isn't fun as well. Socializing, physical fitness as well as mental fitness are some of the aspects that our team-based leagues and flex leagues provide players.
The Team
Mike Humphrey CPL President, Co-Founder
Co-Founder of the Colorado Pickleball Leagues, Mike was introduced to Pickleball in 2013 and was certified as a Pickleball Professional in 2019. His passion is being on the court and loves introducing people to the game. He is a USPTA Elite Professional and a High Performance Tennis Coach. Mike has a Masters’ degree in Speech Communication and a Bachelors’ degree in Speech Communication with an emphasis in Elementary Education. He played 4 years of college tennis at the University of Northern Colorado. He's also a pretty funny guy!
Linda Schley CPL Vice President/Marketing, Co-Founder
Co-Founder of the Colorado Pickleball Leagues, Linda was introduced to Pickleball in 2018, she loved the sport so much she received her certification the same year. Her love for pickleball comes with being able to get EVERYONE involved in the sport, and having fun playing. She is also a certified Tennis instructor and has over 15 years coaching and teaching experience at Valor Christian Highschool, Club Greenwood, and within her local community. Linda loves being competitive , but also loves bringing people together through the fun of the game.
Mike Anderson, Advisor/Consultant
Mike first played pickleball in 2014 and has since competed in tournaments on a regular basis and currently focused on pickleball player development. Mike has assisted in developing the pickleball programs at several facilities and communities over the years and has been the Director of Pickleball at a local club. Mike began Colorado Sports Solutions, a company that originally specialized in basketball shooting training and then branched out to pickleball coaching. Mike Anderson has been a multiple-sport athlete his whole life. He played at a D1 college and then began coaching sports on many levels. Originally from the western slope, Mike is a true local native and spends much time with his family and enjoys the great Colorado outdoors!
